Academic mentors are known to foster success, no matter the stage a student is at in the education system, their abilities, or the context in which they study. Throughout their time in education, a student can face huge stresses as they push themselves to succeed in examinations and coursework. External pressures also play a large role, with demands arising from teachers, friends, family and a variety of aspects of everyday life. A burden worsened by the constant stream of information through smart phones and social media, and the effort required to stay mentally and physically healthy during a global pandemic.

We believe that all students should be able to reach their full potential in a healthy and happy way. We recognise that scheduling is also extremely important, as no student can work effectively for extended periods of time. Our mentors are therefore practiced at building a healthy schedule to include breaks, exercise and sleep to drive academic performance. If your child would like to know how to balance everyday stresses with an intense education, one of our mentors can help by providing structure and encouragement when confidence is low.
